Había leído varios comentarios algunos no muy buenos sobre este hotel y la verdad nada que ver con sus comentarios me agrado este hotel muy limpio sus instalaciones la alberca y todo muy bien sobre la recepción que no hay nadie eso es cierto pero la verdad no ocupas hablas por teléfono o por WhatsApp y te contestan y resuelven a la brevedad te ma dan tu código de acceso(chapa digital) y con eso su estacionamiento esta dentro solo que ti abres y cierras pero no le veo ningún problema. Espero les sirva la información... Saludos..
The hotel room was nice and large with a balcony. Staff was friendly and the breakfast place that is attached (not included) serves great breakfast. Unfortunately the shower never got hot. At best it got in the cooler side of warm and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. Also the sink had a leak. Besides that I very much enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here last summer a couple of days and really like the place. The room and bathroom are big and it's in a good location.
If you want a great place to stay with good prices this is the place. We visit Baja for many years then for some reason started to visit the mainland. High crime was on reason we started to reconsider Baja. We picked this place because of friends stayed there. We were ever please with this hotel. Nice lay our with clean well kept room. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Most spoke English or could figure out what we needed. We flew in and rented a car. Which was important as we wanted to go farther south. It was near the water so we rented dive boat for 3 days of diving. The check in person actuality call and got us a better deal and arranged a package lunch as he felt the food on the boat was not too good. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this spot. We felt safe all the time ever taking walks later at night. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a reasonable place to stay with good value
Lo único malo es que no le dan mantenimiento por la mañana a la alberca de los iceptos que cae a la agua porque hay abejas muertas y cucarachas, flotando en el agua y no se debería permitir que fumen en los alrededores de la alberca
